"The quality and cut of this dress were fine, so I will give two stars for that. However, I have emailed NB Luxe three times (within the 7 day return period) to initiate a return (because the dress isn't quite right for me). They have not responded with the necessary address or instructions for processing a return. I would not recommend using this website if you would like the option of returning an item."
"Fights like a glove… I ordered a size M and did not need any alterations whatsoever. Used for our engagement photos and will possibly use again as our reception dress! The dress looks exactly as it does on the website."
